At Body Mind Fitness, we are dedicated to empowering veterans and first responders through holistic health and wellness initiatives. Our veteran-founded organization focuses on trauma-informed fitness and coaching to support the unique needs of our community.
Driven by personal experiences with trauma and recovery, we aim to create impactful change, supporting those who have dedicated their lives to serving others.
Our Vision
While we currently operate through local pop-up events, partner gyms, and online platforms, we are in the process of developing our own state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center, slated to open in 2026. This will be a flagship home base for Body Mind Fitness – imagine a place that’s part gym, part counseling center, part lounge, and fully veteran-centric. It will feature top-notch workout equipment, private rooms for therapy or meditation, and hangout spaces decorated with unit flags and veteran art. The facility will allow us to host daily fitness classes, longer workshops, and simply offer a safe haven where vets can drop in anytime for a workout or a cup of coffee. Follow us to stay updated.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple yet powerful: to empower transitioning service members and veterans to heal, grow, and thrive by strengthening both their minds and bodies in a supportive community. We believe that true wellness for veterans comes from aligning mental health with physical fitness – “where mind meets muscle.” By integrating clinical therapeutic practices with hardcore fitness coaching, we help our members overcome trauma, regain purpose, and unlock their full potential outside the uniform. Our vision is to become the premier veteran wellness hub in Southern California (and eventually nationwide), known for raw authenticity, unwavering camaraderie, and life-changing results. We envision a world where no veteran feels alone after service, and where every veteran has the tools and support to conquer civilian life with the same confidence and strength with which they served their country.
